Director Reporting Systems, Financial Technologies Requisition ID: 258351 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **The Role** The Director, Reporting Systems is a senior technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and advancing the organization’s enterprise reporting and analytics ecosystem. This role owns the strategic roadmap for reporting platforms and ensures alignment with the broader enterprise architecture, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. With deep technical expertise in Oracle OBI and Microsoft Power BI, the Director leads the design, development, and optimization of reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization **Is this role right for you? In this role you will:** **Strategic Leadership and Roadmap Ownership** + Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise reporting roadmap aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture. + Lead modernization initiatives including platform consolidation and cloud adoption. + Partner with enterprise architects to ensure reporting systems integrate with data warehouses, data lakes, ERP systems, and cloud platforms. **Architecture and technical oversight** + Oversee architecture and performance of Oracle OBI and Microsoft Power BI environments. + Direct development of semantic models, RPD layers, data pipelines, and reusable datasets. + Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles including security, data quality, and lifecycle management. **Team and Project Leadership** + Lead and mentor BI developers, reporting analysts, and data specialists. + Manage the reporting project portfolio and cross-functional initiatives. + Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and platform upgrades. **Operational Excellence** + Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning. + Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of reporting systems. + Develop documentation, training programs, and user enablement strategies **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
