Director Radiology Services – Xray, Breast Imaging, IR

Work Schedule: 
This is a full-time, position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position will work hybrid coming onsite regularly at various UW Health locations. Hours and hybrid work may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Director Radiology Services – Xray, Breast Imaging, IR who:

Is an operational imaging leader with deep experience in X-ray (IP/OP), IR and Breast ImagingHas a proven track record in process improvement, access optimization, and efficiency gains in a complex, matrixed health systemCan challenge the status quo, lead by example and build leader capabilityIs skilled in capital planning, operating budgets and business planning for new initiatives and equipment Has experience in contract review and renegotiationIs a visible leader to drive engagement, standardize operations and accelerate results
