With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Director of Quality Summary:** + Director of Quality oversees the Quality Program, including regulatory compliant operations and the effectiveness of the quality assessment and performance improvement for all hospitals in their region. + Works closely with other regional Quality Directors to ensure organization-wide sharing, deployment and alignment of best practice processes to drive, achieve and sustain clinical excellence goals across the health system. + Collaborates with physicians and all levels of leadership to develop and sustain a robust clinical documentation improvement program and medical record integrity across regional areas of responsibility. + Provides leadership and guidance to managers, assisting with identification of any patterns or trends, or significant opportunities for improvement. + Oversight of continued regulatory readiness activities and collaborates with system VP Clinical Excellence to coordinate and align medical staff peer review activities. + Manages the regional operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities. + Evaluates performance and professional development of direct reports, and holds self and team accountable for the development and achievement of measurable performance goals. **Minimum Qualifications:** **Required Experience:** + 5 years of clinical experience in acute care setting AND + 2 years quality or performance improvement related activity AND + 4 years in management. **Required Education:** + **Required:** Bachelors Degree + **Preferred:** Master's Degree - Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration **Required Certification:** + **Required:** Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (within 1 year) + **Preferred:** Registered Nurse **This position will oversee the following hospitals:** + BayCare Wesley Chapel Hospital + St. Joseph's Hospital Main + St. Joseph's Hospital Women's & Children's + St. Jospeh's Hospital North + St. Joseph's Hospital South **Location:** Tampa, Florida **Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: Yes** **Shift Hours:** **8:00AM - 5:00PM** Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled **Position** Director Quality **Location** Tampa:St Josephs | Leadership | Full Time **Req ID** 111531
