Insight Global is looking for a Director Level Product Marketing Manager for a leader in the Fintech space. We’re seeking a Director-level Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and narrative for agentic commerce initiatives. You’ll shape messaging, coordinate cross‑functional launches, and partner closely with merchants and internal stakeholders to bring next‑gen, agent‑led shopping experiences to market.
What You’ll Do
Own GTM planning and execution for new product launches in agentic commerce.
Collaborate directly with merchant partners to design and deliver launch programs.
Partner with Comms to ensure a clear, compelling narrative across channels.
Drive readiness for major releases (targeting February and April), including collateral, enablement, and field coordination.
Translate technical capabilities (OpenAI, Perplexity, crypto/agentic tooling) into differentiated market positioning and proof of value.
Lead large-scale program build‑outs and cross‑functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships.
Assess workforce implications for partners and guide change management during agentic transformation.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years in Product Marketing within ecommerce/commerce tech, including Director-level scope.
Proven success launching complex products and programs at scale (enterprise or well-established company environments; avoid purely early-stage startup backgrounds).
Hands-on familiarity with agentic systems and tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Perplexity) and understanding of agent‑led shopping use cases.
Experience in agentic transformation and exposure to crypto where relevant to commerce flows.
Strong storytelling and market analysis skills; ability to craft positioning and competitive narratives that drive adoption and performance.
Cross-functional leadership without direct people management; adept at influencing stakeholders and leading matrixed teams.
Ecommerce domain depth and merchant ecosystem experience.
Program management chops to set KPIs, track GTM execution, and de-risk large initiatives.
