Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doOwn and drive the overall UI strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to meet the evolving needs of Guidewire’s cloud and on-premises customers.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and domain experts, ensuring they have the resources and skills to deliver on our cloud-hosted value proposition.
Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements through successful adoption by Guidewire Cloud customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align business, financial, and operational plans, ensuring cloud-hosted products achieve adoption and revenue growth targets.
Evolve and refine agile development processes to accelerate delivery and optimize cloud hosting of existing products.
Act as a key contributor and influential member of the leadership team, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and priorities.
Champion the development of reusable UI frameworks, WYSIWYG tools, and visual components that power Guidewire’s front-end experiences.

What you’ll bringRequiredDemonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
10+ years of progressive product management leadership experience in enterprise software, with a proven track record of planning, launching, and overseeing successful products.
5+ years managing cloud-based and cloud-native business applications, with direct experience in SaaS and cloud-hosted environments.
Deep expertise in building platforms, WYSIWYG tools, and reusable visual components.
Strong knowledge of web standards, popular UI frameworks (such as Angular or React), and UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performance teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
PreferredMA/MS and BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in the P&C insurance or financial services industry.
Familiarity with emerging business models and market trends in SaaS and cloud transitions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000 - $278,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.Disability Accommodations and Guidewire’s Appeals Process.
