Responsibilities
The Director of Product Experimentation & Optimization will lead the strategy, frameworks, and culture that ensure every product decision is guided by evidence, rapid learning, and measurable impact. This leader will own how we test, learn, and optimize across the user journey — accelerating innovation and improving product discovery and performance at scale.
You will:
Define and own the experimentation strategy, operating model, and governance across all product teamsBuild and lead a high-performing experimentation and optimization teamDevelop best practices for A/B testing, causal inference, multi-armed bandits, and rapid experimentationPartner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to validate early ideas and assumptions during product discoveryDesign lightweight test-and-learn approaches (fake doors, prototypes, smoke tests, demand tests, Wizard-of-Oz, etc.) to de-risk new conceptsEnsure experimentation is rigorous, ethical, statistically sound, and scalableBuild tools, templates, and experimentation platforms that increase velocity and reduce frictionTranslate experiment outcomes into clear insights and recommendations for product and executive teamsChampion a culture of learning, hypothesis-driven development, and iterative improvementThis vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics). Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in at least one of the following areas: digital health, product development, UX design, enterprise security, or systems operations. Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level initiatives.
Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MDes, MPH) in a relevant discipline preferred.
The preferred candidate will possess:
10+ years in experimentation, product analytics, CRO, or data science, with strong leadership experienceDeep expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, statistics, and causal inferenceExperience applying experimentation in product discovery — not just optimizationStrong product sense and ability to partner cross-functionally to shape early hypotheses and opportunity spacesExcellent communication skills — able to tell a clear story through data and drive alignmentA track record of accelerating product impact through structured experimentation and optimizationExemption Status

Compensation Detail
$181,604.80 - $272,417.60/ year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
