This position is responsible for leading the full Time-To-Pay regional delivery teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely pay, as well as workforce management configuration and support for 5,000+ employees across 8 countries. The Company’s global payroll objectives are to use a global business service delivery model to ensure our in-house and 3rd party teams deliver accurate and timely payments to employees, make payroll deductions for taxes, statutory payments, benefits, and other items to respective parties and meet all regulatory payroll related filing requirements. In addition, this individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, updating and monitoring a standard set of SOPs to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data related to the payroll function, the protection of Company assets, the privacy of employee data and proper internal controls are in place across the Time-To-Pay space, agnostic of systems.  Furthermore, this position is also responsible for making certain the Company is in compliance with all current and future payroll and workforce management laws and regulations for each country within the region and developing the strategy to ensure best of breed vendors, systems, and models (insource vs outsource) are in place to support the company’s strategic initiatives.
