ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a paid social and influencer expert to join the European Awareness media team to drive awareness and consideration of Audible and Audible content via innovative strategies. As a forward-looking and well-established media professional, you will lead on paid social and influencer activity which are the bedrock of Audible’s plans.

This role is a rare opportunity to develop high-profile paid social and influencer activations for the leading audio entertainment brand across the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

You will deliver robust measurement of the channels to prove the effectiveness of the activity, and also be responsible for the influencer agency across Europe, super-charging the partnership through best in class agency and client initiatives.

ABOUT YOU
You have a proven track record of working with established multi-market consumer brands across Europe (with direct experience in leading- vs. coordinating- planning across EU5 markets with extensive knowledge of the German market in particular), a strong commercial mindset, and are a seasoned social and influencer media professional.

As an Director Paid Social and Influencers, EU, you will...
- Develop yearly and quarterly plans for paid social and influencer channels for both brand and content campaigns
- Lead the influencer agency partnership across DE, UK, FR, IT, ES to deliver best in class operations and outcomes
- Be the lead contact with agencies and key social platforms to understand best practice and new technologies, ensuring we are at the forefront of AI developments
- Take ownership of operational processes such as budgeting, planning, optimization, testing and reporting for your channels
- Work with data, including in-campaign reports and PCAs, to evaluate and optimize activity’s impact on brand demand, traffic and sign-ups
- Build partnerships with multiple internal (Brand and Creative, as well as Organic Social) and external (creative and media agencies; as well as media vendors) stakeholders
- Act as a paid social and influencer expert with a clear vision and a well-informed point of view
- Identify opportunities to scale efficiently, as well as capitalize growth and optimization levers
- Collaborate across the global team to share influencer best practice and ideas between teams, and drive global consistency where possible
