•Develop & Drive Order Fulfillment Strategy: Define and implement a long-term strategy for order fulfillment in Mexico, ensuring alignment with adidas’ global supply chain vision and local business objectives.
•Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key supply chain liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Global SCM teams, ensuring seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, major campaigns, and product launches.
•Champion Business Transformation & Scalability: Lead digitalization and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency, agility, and scalability in order fulfillment, preparing the function for future business growth.
•Strengthen Leadership & Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing order fulfillment team by fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring readiness for increasing complexity and volume.
•Strategic Decision-Making & Influence: Represent Order Fulfillment at the senior leadership level, advocating for process improvements, system investments, and operational enhancements that drive business success in the Mexican market.
•Optimize Availability & Inventory Management: Drive data-driven decision-making to improve product availability, reduce excess inventory, and enhance allocation strategies to meet demand while supporting financial and operational targets.
•Lead Order Book Excellence & Business Execution: Establish best practices in order book management to ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment accuracy, and timely delivery, directly impacting customer satisfaction and sales execution.
•Drive Readiness for World Cup 2026 & Key Campaigns: Oversee fulfillment strategies for major campaigns, ensuring the supply chain can handle surges in demand and capitalize on commercial opportunities leading up to 2026.
•Risk Management & Operational Resilience: Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in fulfillment operations, ensuring business continuity during peak seasons, supply chain disruptions, and external market challenges.
•Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement operational efficiencies through process reengineering, technology adoption, and best-practice sharing to maintain adidas Mexico’s competitive edge in supply chain execution.
