administration of supply chain operations for The Hospital of Central Connecticut MidState Medical Center and the Bradley Campus in alignment with strategic system goals and initiatives This includes inventory management distribution receiving clinical alignment mailroom and courier The Director will have strong involvement in clinical care redesign and clinical value team committees and initiativesKey AccountabilitiesManages the day to day distribution and supply management operations for the Central RegionDevelops and implements methods and systems for improving operational efficiencies and controlling supply inventory and optimizationMaintain effective communications with hospital executives department heads suppliers and appropriate others to ensure effective departmental operationsProvides leadership guidance and support to physicians and staff to develop their understanding of supply chain best practices to ensure operational and financial goals are
