What you'll do…
Develop and continuously evolve the multi-year strategy framework for EVDD, ensuring it anticipates market trends, technological advancements, and business objectives. Work cross-functionally with engineering, product development, research, and other key stakeholders to synthesize diverse perspectives and develop a cohesive EVDD-wide technology vision and strategy. Define critical capabilities, establish roadmap requirements, and identify investment priorities that will enable EVDD to achieve its strategic goals and maintain a competitive edge. Partner closely with the strategic operations lead to ensure annual objectives are clearly linked to the overarching EVDD strategy, fostering seamless integration and accountability. Collaborate with finance, corporate planning (CP), and business operations teams to ensure that investments, budget allocations, and resourcing decisions are fully aligned with the defined strategy. Lead the development of compelling and concise strategic messaging for senior executive leadership and the Board of Directors, effectively communicating EVDD's vision, progress, and future direction. Drive cross-functional strategic projects, such as AI investment initiatives, from conception through to implementation. A key measure of success will be not only the development of robust strategies but also the ability to build and maintain the necessary bridges to execute and monitor these strategies through ongoing operational processes and performance metrics.
