Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead China Game Developer Partnerships and Gaming Business Development. This executive role is pivotal in shaping strategic initiatives, forging high-impact partnerships, and driving next-generation gaming experiences in one of the most dynamic markets globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Drive Snapdragon Game Studios’ partnership and ecosystem strategy in China, aligning with global objectives for mobile and PC gaming.Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global gaming business team to shape next-gen game product planning and strategic engagements.Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with leading game studios and publishers, negotiating high-value agreements and long-term roadmaps.Market Expansion: Identify and execute new business opportunities, ensuring diversity of partnerships and innovation across regions.Production & Integration: Oversee integration of game production pipelines, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and legal teams to deliver world-class gaming experiences.Thought Leadership: Represent Snapdragon Game Studios in strategic forums, industry events, and executive-level engagements to strengthen our global presence.

Qualifications

Minimum:

10+ years in gaming partnerships, developer relations, or strategic business development.Proven experience in managing complex negotiations and ecosystem growth.Bilingual proficiency: Fluent English and native Chinese.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

Deep expertise in AAA game studio partnerships and production.Track record of shipping major titles across mobile, PC, or console.Strong understanding of game engines, publishing models, and global market dynamics.Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
