Key responsibilities:
• Managing the operational activities of the thermal spa complex.
• Monitoring service quality, maintaining service standards and corporate guidelines.
• Developing and implementing loyalty programs and marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Maintaining financial records, managing budgets, and analyzing income and expenses.
• Recruiting, training, and motivating staff, building a cohesive team.
• Interacting with suppliers of cosmetics and equipment, overseeing procurement.
• Resolving conflicts with guests, managing reviews and reputation.
• Implementing new services, monitoring wellness industry trends.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience managing a spa, wellness center, or Hotel spa.
• Knowledge of premium service standards and an understanding of the specifics of the beauty and relaxation industry.
• Financial planning and analysis skills, including a strong command of Excel (pivot tables, KPI reporting, forecasting), and experience with P&L.
• Experience with CRM systems and automation software.
• Leadership skills, ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Flexibility, stress tolerance, and customer focus.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is required.
