This is a full-time, 10-month position. A typical season is August 15th - June 15th.
Typical salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 based on qualifications, plus a 10% employer retirement contribution.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Three (3) years of applicable coaching snow sports experience
+ Must possess a USSA Level 100 License or equivalent
+ Familiarity with NCAA/USCAA philosophy, standards, rules, and procedures
+ Ability to travel extensively
+ CPR/First Aid certified on hire date or within thirty (30) days
+ USSA Referee License on hire date or within thirty (30) days
+ Valid State of Maine driver’s license (in good standing, based on UMS standards)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree
+ Intercollegiate coaching experience
+ Managerial and/or supervisory experience
+ PISA License(s)
+ Experience participating in intercollegiate snow sports competitions
+ Recruiting platform experience (i.e., Front Rush or comparable program)
+ Experience (education and certification) with strength and conditioning for performance
