City Wide is looking for a driven individual that provides leadership, direction, and sales strategy to the organization’s sales functions. The Director of Sales is responsible for leading City Wide’s B2B sales strategy, culture, and revenue.
Additionally this role is accountable for increasing the quantity and quality of sales executives across the country, profitable achievement of sales goals, and aligning sales objectives with City Wide’s strategic plan. The Director of Sales will build and leverage relationships with franchise owners and their sales teams to drive growth at a local level through effective lead generating activities.
What you will do...
Drive organic growth via increasing the quantity of sales territories and the effectiveness of the sales executives at the market levels. Execute system-wide lead generating activities supporting business-to-business sales and achieve annual janitorial sales goals. Establish, lead, and coordinate all sales and marketing strategies, plans, recruiting efforts, compensation plans, training programs, and any other functions that drive City Wide Franchisee sales efforts. Create a performance driven sales organization based on best practice staffing and training. Partner with franchise owners by consulting with them on sales management and accountability best practices to attract, retain and train the best sales talent. Develop and facilitate sales training seminars, podcasts webinars and conference calls with franchisees and their sales teams. Foster close working relationships and influence franchisees, and their employees to maximize their ROI through effective sales strategy. Implement an effective marketing strategy supporting B2B sales activities that focus on acquisition, growth, and retention of building maintenance clients. Provide oversight and decision-making regarding activities related to the organization’s sales culture. Maximize sales technology services including CRM, enablement tools, and talent management to drive sales activities. Travel up to 20% as needed to fulfill the essential functions. Other duties as necessary to fulfill the organizational vision related to sales.
