Director of Sales - Six Senses Con Dao
**Responsibilities:** + Lead proactive sales efforts in the luxury hospitality sector, aligning with the Six Senses brand identity, wellness, and sustainability values. + Develop and grow key business from luxury travel markets, including private banks, corporate accounts, MICE groups, and wedding planners. + Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and familiarization trips, both locally and internationally. + Execute strategic sales plans to drive high-end group business (weddings, incentives, buyouts). + Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness in the luxury segment. + Ensure high standards of communication and guest engagement across all touchpoints. + Serve as the key contact for all premium partners and support seamless collaboration with operations and marketing teams. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required + Demonstrated success in luxury resort sales, with regional or international market exposure. + Established network of upscale travel agencies, destination management companies (DMCs), and high-end clientele. + Proficient in proposal development, and delivering tailored guest experiences. + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. + Highly professional, well-presented, and consistently guest-focused in approach.
