You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability. Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Events teams to achieve performance targets. Key responsibilities include drive business through key market segments including corporate, MICE, leisure, and group business, establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, oversee brand positioning, digital marketing strategies, public relations, and promotional campaigns, collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making and lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning within the Sales Marketing team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably with an international hotel brand.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving targets.
In-depth understanding of the Kuala Lumpur hospitality market is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in digital marketing, revenue management, and integrated marketing strategies.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
