**Description:**
Park Hyatt Doha is seeking an experienced **Director of Sales & Marketing** to lead the hotel’s commercial strategy and drive revenue performance across all segments. This role oversees Sales, Events, Marketing, and supports the Revenue function, ensuring strong market positioning, strategic partnerships, and effective execution of business plans. The ideal candidate will elevate the hotel’s presence in local and international markets while upholding the refined standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within a **luxury hotel** environment
+ Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth
+ Expertise in market analysis, digital marketing, and brand positioning
+ Established network within the GCC region is an advantage
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and team‑leadership skills
+ Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (postgraduate studies preferred)
