Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach is seeking a **Director of Sales & Marketing** to join our talented team and to lead our Sales & Marketing department.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the hotel's sales and marketing initiatives, playing a vital part in driving the overall success and growth of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
+ Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performance
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partners
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
+ Manage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibility
+ Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives
+ Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
+ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing tactics
**Qualifications:**
+ Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
+ Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
+ Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategic, data-driven marketing plans
+ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
+ Proficient in digital marketing, social media and web-based analytics tools
+ Highly organized, with the ability to priorities multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
+ Motivated and solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
