Full-Service City Centre Hotel | Leadership Role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across our 87-bedroom full-service Hilton property in the heart of Liverpool.

This is a senior leadership role focused on driving total revenue across:

Corporate room salesGroup businessConferences & EventsWeddingsSpa packagesKoukash Restaurant & private dining

Your Mission

To grow Business on the Books (BOB), increase TREVPAR and build high-value corporate and group accounts while embedding a disciplined commercial culture.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively sell corporate room contracts (local & national)Develop and convert group and event pipelinesDrive C&E and wedding revenue growthMaximise Hilton RFP opportunitiesLead structured enquiry & follow-up processesWork closely with Reservations to protect marginDeliver measurable ROI against sales targetsRepresent the hotel within the local business community


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For

Senior sales leadership experience in a full-service hotelStrong corporate and group sales track recordExperience in C&E and weddingsData-driven and commercially disciplinedHilton or branded hotel experience preferred
