We are now searching for an experienced Director of Sales & Events to lead our passionate Sales and Events team and drive commercial success with energy, creativity, and a guest-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

As Director of Sales & Events, you’ll be at the forefront of The Randolph’s commercial strategy—leading a dynamic team and ensuring our spaces are buzzing with activity. You'll work closely with our General Manager, Revenue team, and wider sales community to drive occupancy, event revenue, and long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:Lead the Sales & Events department, setting clear goals and nurturing a high-performing team.Develop and deliver sales strategies that grow our corporate, leisure, group and M&E business.Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and local partners.Actively target new business and revenue opportunities through various channels including Delphi, Lanyon, Cvent, and the RFP process.Coordinate all aspects of event planning—room setups, AV, F&B, and guest experience.Collaborate on pricing and forecast strategies to optimise demand and profitability.Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and internal network initiatives.Ensure all account and sales activity is accurately tracked in CRM platforms such as Delphi.

Work Experience
What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ experience in a Director-level Sales & Events role in hospitality.Proven leadership in team recruitment, training, and performance management.Knowledge of OnQ, Salesforce, Delphi, and industry-standard platforms (desirable).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analysing business performance.Highly organised, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive revenue through both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
