Director of Sales and Marketing

· Lead the development and execution of sales, marketing, and communications strategies to achieve revenue goals across all segments (corporate, government, leisure, MICE, FB, Events).

· Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

· Strengthen relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring Hyatt Regency Riyadh is the preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers.

· Drive brand visibility in the market through effective PR, digital, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s global marketing initiatives.

· Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and emerging opportunities, adjusting strategies proactively to maintain a competitive edge.

· Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure a balanced and sustainable approach to growth.

· Market Knowledge: Proven experience in the GCC region, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A deep understanding of the local business environment, culture, and evolving tourism landscape is essential.

· Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Director of Sales Marketing within the hospitality industry, ideally in an upscale or luxury environment.

· Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

· Brand Expertise: Previous experience with leading international hotel brands, with a strong record of delivering commercial results while maintaining brand standards.

· Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Results-oriented, analytical, and highly adaptable to change in a fast-evolving market.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to combine commercial acumen with brand integrity.
