Located in the vibrant Wan Chai district, this urban oasis features extensive facilities and impeccable service. **What you will do:** + Establish in conjunction with Director of Marketing & Communications, Marketing Communications Manager, and respective department heads on the Annual Marketing Plan with measurable objectives, and action plan. + Set in conjunction with Director of Marketing & Communications, individual sales and volume targets by segment for all Sales and Marketing. + Pre-qualify and target key accounts, develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share. + Ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation telephone contact and written communications. + Have a good understanding of contribution margins for each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize operating results. + Works with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment. + Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. **Qualifications:** **What you should have:** + Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing in hospitality industry. + Director of Sales experience in large-scale hospitality establishment is preferred. + Result oriented, team player, self-motivated. + Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the brand promises of the hotel. + Good command on both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. **Primary Location:** CN-91-Hong Kong **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Hong Kong **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Sales **Req ID:** HON006827 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
