Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams across regions/segments Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management Build and optimize go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth Establish strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams for alignment Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously improve conversion and efficiency Drive negotiations and closure of high-value deals Build scalable sales processes, frameworks, and best practicesKey Requirements:
12–15 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments Strong expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and key account management Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and metrics Prior experience in startups or fast-growing organizations preferredWhy Join:
