Director of Sales

**Job Description**
+ Lead, coach, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve company growth targets
+ Build and execute data-driven annual sales plans
+ Contribute to our Long-Range Business Plan with accurate sales forecasting
+ Collaborate with Program Management to price parts competitively and develop strategic package deals
+ Deliver market insights—fleet movement, utilization, and upcoming maintenance—to support planning
+ Partner with Supply Chain to reduce excess inventory and improve stock productivity
+ Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships
+ Negotiate and manage customer contracts with precision
+ Uncover and pursue growth opportunities within the addressable market
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
+ 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in aerospace or manufacturing
+ A proven track record of building successful sales strategies and leading results-driven teams
+ Deep knowledge of the aerospace sector and its evolving market landscape
+ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
**Pay Details:** $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
