Job Description

An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Director of Sales to take ownership of revenue growth across two iconic Hunter Valley destinations Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.

In this role, you’ll lead sales performance across MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B, while guiding a passionate team and building strong industry relationships. This is a rare chance to influence strategy, grow market share, and make a real impact across two highly regarded properties.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating and executing sales plans aligned with business objectivesManaging key accounts across multiple market segmentsLeading, mentoring, and motivating the sales and conference teamsDriving repeat business through strong client partnershipsRepresenting both resorts at industry events and trade showsUsing data and market insights to guide sales decisionsWorking collaboratively with the Commercial Sales team to unlock new opportunities

QualificationsProven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitalityExpertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple propertiesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of revenue and distribution strategiesPassion for customer experience and team development
