Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Director of Sales to take ownership of sales performance across two premium Hunter Valley destinations Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.

This role is based in the Hunter Valley and is open to candidates seeking a relocation from Adelaide. You will drive revenue across MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B, while leading a passionate and experienced sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver annual sales plans aligned with business objectivesManage key accounts across all market segmentsLead, coach, and motivate the sales and conference teamsBuild and maintain strong industry and client relationshipsRepresent both properties at industry and trade eventsUse sales data and market insights to guide growth strategiesWork closely with the Commercial Sales team to unlock new opportunities

QualificationsProven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitalityExpertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple propertiesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of revenue and distribution strategiesPassion for customer experience and team development
