The Director of Sales - National Sales Office Thailand manages and drive corporate sales to participating Hilton Thailand Hotels by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the all portfolio hotels are competitively positioned within the marketplace.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Director of Sales, you are responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. A Director of Sales will work to develop the sales group and groom a high-performing sales team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nCollaborate with Hotel Teams and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions\nPresent sales pitches to clients with complex needs across multiple areas of the business; providing an overall solutions approach\nConsistently build client accounts by using the organization's sales techniques and strengthening existing client relations.\nApply sales growth techniques to drive revenue and improve client total brand usage\nAddress objections by using a repositioning sales strategy or by successfully negotiating\nIncorporate a personalized approach to the organization's existing client acquisition sales techniques to improve selling performance\nDemonstrate proven understanding of sales principles and protocols to increase revenue per client, and ensure revenue targets are achieved\nApply the best methodology in day-to-day client data management and maintaining clients' privacy, using the organization's CRM program\nCommunicate hotel promotions with a high degree of ease to support client needs\nAnalyze industry trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and incorporating industry and client analyses to forecast future client needs\nProspect and Develop New accounts for Thailand region.\nPull weekly and quarterly reporting as needed for the position and as indicated by your leader.\nBe responsible for complete qualification of each account \n\n\nEstablishes and maintains strong relationships with accounts.\nBe responsible for overall account planning strategy to facilitate growth.\nDevelop and implement a focused sales solicitation plan for all Diamond, Gold, Silver and Member accounts, as well growing relationship with these accounts.\nDevelop relationship with costumers and hotels for all source markets. \nAssists internal team during organization of NSO Thailand events with suppliers, hotels, special events, agenda and overall organization.\nMaintains Sales Force records, including call reports, meeting profiles, history, and traces.\nEnsure quarterly and annual revenue and ancillary goals/targets are achieved.\nBuild positive internal and external relationships to influence people.\nSet standards for leadership by example, including resourcefulness to effect change, resolve issues and ensure partnership within appropriate levels of enterprise. Overall, you will maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.\nEvaluate and look for opportunities from a strategic perspective, to prioritize and implement plans to help meet the organization’s core strategic goals.\nAdhere to Corporate Team Member policies and procedures, standard practice instructions, anti-trust guidelines and code of ethics at all times.\n

\n\nKnowledge of the local market\nKnowledge of hospitality industry\nA passion for sales and target-based performance\nRelevant degree, in sales, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution\n\n
