Dream South Beach, where iconic Art Deco architecture meets modern glamor, is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking **Director of Revenue Management and Digital Strategy** who will play a critical leadership role in driving the hotel’s commercial success.
This position is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue for rooms and out-perform direct competitors by winning market share with rational and maximizing topline revenue and yield high net profits. You will oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that supports and evaluates hotel business strategies and provides guidance to support sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the hotel. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. You will lead revenue and digital distribution efforts across all segments and channels, ensuring Dream South Beach achieves optimal mix, profitability, and market share.
The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy strategist who combines data-driven strategy with creative digital insight to stay ahead of the market and lead with vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Revenue Management & Digital Strategy**
+ Lead all aspects of revenue strategy including pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and market analysis.
+ Develop and implement dynamic rate strategies across segments (transient, group, wholesale).
+ Monitor competitive performance, market demand trends, and booking patterns to drive optimal pricing and mix.
+ Maintain relationships with third-party partners and ensure rate parity and distribution efficiency
+ Analyze and improve digital KPIs including conversion rates and return on ad spend.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies and achieve budgeted goals.
**Leadership & Collaboration**
+ Partner with corporate and on-property teams to align strategies across revenue, digital, and sales functions.
+ Provide mentorship and direction to revenue and marketing team members.
+ Regularly present performance insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to ownership and executive leadership.

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the luxury or lifestyle hotel space.
+ Deep knowledge of revenue systems (e.g., SynXis, IDeaS) and digital tools (CRS, CMS, OTA extranets).
+ Proven success in driving direct revenue growth through digital strategies.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
