**Description:** The **Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel** is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest “ski beaches” in the world. The Grand Hyatt is comprised of 436 luxury accommodations including 381 guest rooms and 55 residential units with approximately 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space, lobby level 3-meal restaurant and bar, signature bar, pool/après ski bar and grill, coffee bistro, large outdoor event terrace, pool and 3 whirlpools, kids club, and fitness area. As part of our Leadership Committee, the Director of Revenue Management plays a vital role in driving our continued success and growth in a highly competitive market. This high-impact role reports directly to the General Manager. You'll be responsible for optimizing revenue across rooms and food & beverage through smart, data-driven strategies, competitive pricing, and effective distribution. This is a unique opportunity to shape performance in a luxury property with seasonal demand patterns, group business, and leisure travelers from around the world. **Key Responsibilities** + Maximize total hotel revenue through the development and execution of pricing, yield, and distribution strategies that are aligned with seasonal and market trends. + Outperform the Park City luxury comp set through competitive analysis, strategic planning, and tactical execution that drives profitable market share. + Manage all revenue management systems, tools, and reports to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory control, and business planning. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations to support strategic decisions including group ceilings, transient mix, promotions, and upselling initiatives. + Provide insightful data and revenue reporting to property leadership and Hyatt Corporate to guide performance and future planning. + Mentor and support, as well to lead by example and drive a culture of accountability and strategic focus. **Qualifications:** + **Minimum 5 years** of progressive experience in revenue management within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a **resort or seasonal market** . + Proven ability to develop pricing strategies, optimize distribution channels, and deliver measurable results. + Strong proficiency in revenue systems **Hyatt systems experience** preferred but not required. + Deep understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and guest behavior, especially in **high-end leisure and group travel segments** . + Demonstrated success in forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. + Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines and remote settings. + Strong leadership presence and a strategic mindset, with the ability to influence at the leadership level. **Primary Location:** US-UT-Park City **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Deer Valley **Pay Basis:** Yearly **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** PAR007892 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
