Job Description:
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through strategic analysis and forecasting of demand, pricing, and distribution. This leadership role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize profitability across all revenue streams (rooms, food & beverage, ancillary services).
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy Development:
Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize RevPAR and GOP.
Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and customer demand to adjust strategies in real-time.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
Prepare short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
Provide input on annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Data Analysis:
Use tools like STR, rate shopping, and internal systems (PMS, RMS, CRS) to evaluate performance.
Analyze booking patterns, market segments, and channel production.
Inventory & Channel Management:
Optimize inventory distribution across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate).
Manage rate parity and overbooking strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Lead weekly revenue meetings with sales, marketing, and operations.
Train and guide property-level teams on revenue-related best practices.
System Optimization:
Manage and optimize use of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Reporting:
Deliver clear, concise revenue performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
