Directly supervises Assistant Director of Residential Services, Residential Administrative Support Assistant, Director of Nutrition Shift Worked: Varied Weekly Hours: 37.5 FLSA Status: Exempt Pay range: 85, 000-85,000 Description: Position Summary: + Lead and supervise Assistant Director of Residential Services, Program Coordinators, BIS, Nutritionist, and administrative support staff. + Provide training, support, and performance guidance to management staff to meet quality and regulatory standards. + Ensure accurate implementation and documentation of Residential Habilitation Plans, IPOP plans, monthly notes, and billing forms. + Conduct team meetings with management and clinical staff to address care and operational matters. + Monitor and ensure compliance with agency policies, OPWDD regulations, and quality assurance protocols. + Participate in quality improvement and incident review processes, ensuring timely corrective action and follow-through. + Oversee residential scheduling, payroll, and budgeting processes to maintain cost efficiency. + Manage hiring, evaluations, and professional development of residential leadership staff. + Develop and implement safety plans, fire drills, and follow-up actions from audits. + Ensure residential sites are clean, safe, and well-maintained. + Administer medications and provide transport to individuals, upon completing required certifications. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. + Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in services for individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred). + Strong working knowledge of HCBS Waiver, IRA, and/or ICF program requirements. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies. + Must complete Van and Medication Administration certifications upon hire.
