Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Director of R&D for a medical device manufacturer in the greater Nashville, TN area. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in designing and developing innovative mobility solutions from concept through commercialization. This role drives strategic direction, oversees new product development and sustaining engineering, and ensures the product portfolio remains cutting-edge. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to bring transformative assistive technologies to market, while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
