The Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Downey is looking for its next Director of Property Operations (Engineering) to lead the hotel’s engineering and facilities team and help drive the continued success of this full-service, all-suite property.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a hotel at the highest level while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
In this role, the Director of Property Operations will oversee all aspects of engineering and facilities management for the hotel, including the preventative maintenance program, capital projects, life safety systems, and overall physical condition of the property. You will lead and develop the Property Operations team while partnering closely with hotel leadership to ensure the hotel continues to operate at peak performance.
What will I be doing?
As Property Operations Director, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Salary Range: $110,000- $120,000 annually
