Main responsibilities:

Own Albertsons Media Collective’s product positioning and value proposition across onsite, offsite, in-store, measurement, and emerging media solutions. Translate complex product capabilities, data assets, and technology into clear, differentiated, buyer-centric narratives that resonate with advertisers and agencies. Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new and evolving products, ensuring commercial readiness from launch through scale. Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization, packaging, and sequencing based on market demand, competitive insights, and revenue opportunity. Define and maintain product storytelling frameworks, use cases, and proof points that demonstrate measurable advertiser outcomes and performance. Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to equip sellers with compelling product narratives, pitch materials, and category-relevant examples that improve deal quality and confidence. Own market, advertiser, and competitive intelligence, translating external signals into actionable insights that shape positioning and GTM strategy. Serve as a senior cross-functional leader, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Measurement on what we sell, why it matters, and how it drives growth. Represent Product Marketing in executive planning, strategic initiatives, and leadership forums, clearly articulating product strategy and market impact. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team, establishing operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or commercial strategy, preferably in retail media, ad tech, martech, or digital platforms Proven experience leading product positioning and GTM strategy for complex, multi-solution portfolios Strong understanding of the advertiser, agency, and CPG ecosystem Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through collaboration Experience working closely with product, sales, and executive leadership Exceptional storytelling, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills People leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling teams
