Director of Product Management Job Description: We are currently seeking a Director of Product Management to take responsibility new for driving customer acquisition and achieving market leadership through innovation and adoption of cutting-edge solutions. As a Director of Product Management at Sage, you will lead a team of product managers and shape our go-to-market strategy — focusing on helping customers save time, boost efficiency and productivity, and solve problems through automation. You will build a deep understanding of our portfolio and market landscape, work through complexities, remove barriers, and accelerate time to value. *** Please note that this role is hybrid and requires working 3 days a week from either our Newcastle, Manchester or London office. *** Key Responsibilities: • Accelerate customer acquisition and adoption by delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions that position us for market leadership. • Evaluate and enhance go-to-market approach, focusing on solutions that save customers time and drive efficiency and productivity. • Lead a team of product managers, providing direction on change management and priority setting. • Define the product strategy, build and evolve the roadmap, and ensure strong execution — collaborating closely with clients, sales, and go-to-market teams. • Collaborate closely with engineering and UX teams to resolve challenges and eliminate obstacles.
