**Summary:**
Meta Product Management Leaders work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. WhatsApp’s mission is to connect the world privately, and we are looking for an experienced Product Management leader passionate about furthering our journey on that mission. This role is responsible for being the Product Management leader of the Growth and Broadcast Pillar of WhatsApp.Growth and Broadcast pillar leads two of our most important goals: expanding WhatsApp’s user base, especially in the US, and helping people connect with the individuals and information they care about most via WhatsApp channels and status.This role will report directly into the VP of Product. This individual, together with Eng, Design and Data leads, is responsible for the success of the Growth and Broadcast pillar, one of WhatsApp’s 5 pillars.

Director of Product Management, WhatsApp Growth & Broadcast Responsibilities:
1. Drive strategic direction, establish shared vision across the company by obtaining buy-in on critical priorities leading to product execution
2. Lead the definition, development, and launch of initiatives to drive innovation and growth
3. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists, researchers, and other functional experts
4. Cultivate culture of executional excellence and analytical rigor
5. Hire, grow and retain top talent
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Minimum Qualifications:
6. 15+ years of experience in leading and growing high performing product management teams
7. 10+ years of experience managing complex, global-scale projects
8. Experience running CEO-level reviews and shaping the evolution of the company’s business model
9. Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives
10. Experience defining what resourcing is needed to achieve those goals and effectively advocate for that
11. Experience managing and communicating effectively with executives
**Public Compensation:**
$323,000/year to $381,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
