Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, and production
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field
Strong background in product lifecycle management (PLM)
Experience with APQP, PPAP, change management, and project management
Knowledge of multiple management systems (milestone-driven, waterfall, agile)
Proficiency in Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum practices
Demonstrated leadership managing engineering and production teams
Preferred Skills
Background in automotive or related industries
Experience leading diverse technical groups across engineering and quality functions
Track record of implementing continuous improvement and innovation programs
Proven ability to deliver results in complex, highly technical environments
Responsibilities
Lead product engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle
Drive manufacturing and production excellence across multiple functions
Oversee APQP, PPAP, and change management processes to ensure compliance and quality
Implement and refine project management methodologies tailored to business needs
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Kaizen
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and product innovation
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to engineering and production teams
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
