Job Responsibilities :

THX is hiring a Head of Product to lead the product organization, including Product Management and Product Design. This role owns the global product vision, sets portfolio strategy, and drives outcomes across THX technologies, certification services, and partner/OEM deployments.Define the multi-year vision and strategy for THX’s portfolio (products, technologies, services, certifications).Maintain and elevate THX’s reputation as the global benchmark for audio-visual fidelity.Translate the THX mission into roadmaps that balance innovation, reliability, users and partner needs.Manage and grow a unified product org.Establish and scale a shared operating model for discovery, decision-making, and delivery.Align product and design strategy with engineering and research teams.Ensure THX technologies are easy to integrate, differentiate, and market across gaming, PCs, home theater, audio devices, and automotive.Define and track product and team OKRsDrive investment decisions with strong financial and strategic framing.

Pre-Requisites :10 years in Product, including leadership of multi-product portfolios.Experience leading international, diverse product teams.Track record shipping/scaling B2B, B2C, and B2B2C licensed technologies.Experience working with gaming OEMs, PC brands, or strategic partners.Direct experience with audio technologies (spatial audio, DSP, audio SW/HW integration).Experience with complex partner ecosystems and global brands.Excellent communication, influence, and storytelling skills.
