The **OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation (PST) Program** is chartered with harmonizing key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems.
The **Raytheon PST Data Transformation Director** leads the S/4HANA data transformation, focusing on master data strategy, data migration, and evolution of reporting & analytics. This role plays a critical part in coordinating functions, digital teams, and enterprise groups to ensure a robust data transformation process for the SAP migration. The director is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the Raytheon PST Data strategy for the complex SAP migration and transformation initiative
_**This is a Hybrid role, ideally located within driving distance of a primary Raytheon site:_ Tucson, AZ; Andover, MA; Huntsville, AL; McKinney/Richardson, TX; Aurora, CO; Arlington, VA.
**What You Will Do:**
+ **Strategy & Planning:** Define and own the overall data strategy, roadmap, and governance framework for our ERP transformation, including master data, data cleansing & migration, and reporting & analytics.
+ **Team Leadership:** Lead a team of data specialists (master data, data cleansing, reporting & analytics and collaborate with data leads in functional workstreams across the business & enterprise.
+ **Influence & Communication** : Act as a key leader & influencer between Raytheon PST leadership, Digital leadership, functional workstreams, and RTX to ensure the goals and milestones for PST Data are captured, prioritized and executed for successful SAP migration.
+ **SAP Expertise** : Apply deep expertise in SAP, knowledge of data handling practices, and impacts on end-to-end business processes.
+ **Data Migration & Quality** : Oversee data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation procedures (pre- and post-load) in partnership with PST functional workstreams.
+ **Compliance** : Ensure that ERP systems meet regulatory and operational requirements with minimal customizations, especially in complex environments like Aerospace & Defense (A&D).
+ **Cross-Functional & Cross-Enterprise Alignment** : Effectively communicate, align and coordinate across Digital, Functional, Enterprise, Compliance and Raytheon Functional PST Workstreams.
+ **Travel** : Anticipated up to 25% travel to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders across the domestic US.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years' experience
+ Experience leading global data management initiatives and ERP implementations, including experience in SAP or ERP data management
+ Experience implementing data management practices, including data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
+ Experience with Master and Transactional data impacting business processes and integration with non-SAP boundary systems.
+ Experience in Aerospace & Defense or similarly regulated industry, including compliance requirements related to customer and vendor management.
+ US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are authorized to access specific systems.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Cross-functional experience: Experience working across multiple functions (especially, manufacturing and supply chain) and defense programs in a matrixed environment.
+ Expert ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
+ MDM Experience: Experience in master data management (MDM) strategy and implementation.
+ Advanced Tooling: Familiarity with Syniti or related data profiling and migration tools.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
