What you’ll be doing

The Director of Private Wealth Content and Communications is responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class content and communications supporting strategic business and marketing objectives. Reporting into the Executive Director, Thought Leadership, Content and Communications the candidate will work closely with Wealth Management partners and marketing colleagues to create insight-driven content programming. The candidate will collaborate with channel leads to ensure effective content distribution and amplification. Furthermore, they will support executive-level communications and strategic initiatives ensuring effective messaging that drives engagement.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $111,060 to $152,710.

The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How you’ll succeed

Content and communications strategy development:  Develop and evolve the Private Wealth content and communications strategy aligned to wealth business objectives and client needs.  Define content pillars, messaging frameworks and client journeys to support growth and engagement.Content and communications programming and execution: Lead the planning and execution of integrated content and communications programs across owned and advisor-led channels, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery.  Translate complex financial topics into clear, client-centric communications.Performance measurement and optimization: Establish success metrics and KPIS to measure content and communications effectiveness, using insights and performance data to continuously optimize messaging, formats, cadence and channel mix.Content Governance:  Own and maintain content calendars and oversee the content library to ensure materials are current, compliant, discoverable and effectively reused.  Implement processes to manage content lifecycle, refreshes and retirement.Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while partnering closely with Private Wealth marketing, digital, brand, legal and compliance stakeholders.  Act as a trusted advisor balancing strategic vision with strong operational execution in a matrixed environment.

Who You Are 

You have a degree with a specialization in Marketing, Journalism or Communications.You can demonstrate 7-10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy, ideally within Wealth Management, financial services, or another regulated industry. Experience in leading end-to-end content programs from strategy and editorial planning through execution and experience in supporting executive level communications. Knowledge of platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe and Microsoft Office.You're passionate about people. You find meaning in relationships and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners and have a proven track record of building strong partnerships across sales and product teams, collaborating across multiple levels of a globally diverse organization.You know that details matter. You notice things that others don't.
