You will be involved in not only managing the People & Culture function but ensuring the success of the operation through effective business planning, talent management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey.
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing the Human Resources strategy of the hotel and supporting the General Manager in all people-related responsibilities and issues for the new openings hotel.
Qualifications
• At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields
• At least 5 years experiences in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements.
• Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• Strong in driving results and people management and development
