The Director of People Analytics is a strategic leadership role within our HR organization, responsible for overseeing three high performing teams, and guiding the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-wide workforce analytics and people data solutions that support more than 32,000 employees.
In this role, you will shape how the organization uses data to elevate the employee experience, enable informed decision-making, and drive impactful outcomes across HR and the business. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR analytics and workforce insights. Their work will enable better decisions, stronger employee experiences, and improved outcomes for teams across the organization. **Overview:**
+ Lead three workforce analytics teams focused on talent data consultation and solution design, reporting, dashboarding, data governance, and enterprise people data strategy.
+ Oversee development and delivery of ad hoc, recurring, and self-service reports that support leaders across HR and the company.
+ Guide the creation of interactive dashboards and presentation-ready visuals using Tableau or similar BI tools.
+ Translate complex business questions into clear analytical plans and ensure high quality execution.
+ Champion data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through peer reviews, validation practices, and adherence to HR data standards.
+ Drive continuous improvement by recommending and influencing process and system enhancements that elevate reporting capabilities.
+ Build strong partnerships with HR and business leaders to understand needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver audience-appropriate analytical products.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, curiosity, and client focus across all analytics teams.
+ Support adoption and effective use of core HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, SumTotal, and iCIMS.
+ Guide teams leveraging tools such as R, SQL Server, and Tableau to solve complex data problems and deliver actionable insights.
+ Navigate change with empathy and clarity while creating an environment where team members can grow, thrive, and do their best work.
**What you have**
To ensure we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo”, this role has specific qualifications candidates should have for success:
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of leadership experience in workforce analytics, people data, or business intelligence in a role of similar scope and complexity, overseeing diverse teams and motivating employees to achieve both tactical and strategic delivery goals.
+ Deep understanding of HR processes, business strategy, people data, and enterprise HR systems.
+ Proven track record of shaping strategy and leading with influence.
+ Successful history of building and cultivating strong authentic relationships with internal/external business partners.
+ Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, EdCast and/or SumTotal.
+ Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, One Model, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
+ Impeccable judgement, commitment to confidentiality, and data stewardship.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary analytics teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
+ Passion for enhancing the employee experience through data, storytelling, and innovation.
+ Demonstrated success leading an HR function and representing HR to others in the business
+ Successful history of relationship management with C-suite or executive level leadership
+ Experience with success measures, metrics and KPI’s in HR or a service environment
