They will ensure effective communication across hospital staff, physicians, and stakeholders, and advocate for nursing advancement at all levels. This candidate will monitor legislation impacting nursing, supports strategic hospital initiatives, and collaborates with leadership on decision-making and policy. They represent the hospital in community programs and provide administrative coverage when needed. They manage budgets, staffing, and technology to support care delivery, resolve conflicts professionally, and promote service excellence.
