Director of OpEx/Continuous Improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; graduate degree strongly desiredMinimum 10 years’ experience in plant operational management is required. Experience must include financial P&L, leading manufacturing excellence, operational excellence, and driving improvements through the implementation of lean manufacturing principlesCommercial experience creating/supporting customer relationships and expectations.​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in investment casting industry.

Advance the training of Plant Managers and their Staff in HBS Tools to meet GoalsWork with and on current HBS systems to facilitate more effective improvementLead specific site projects that energize teams to improve results (TPM / Reliability Excellence deployment, Scrap and rework reduction, etc.)Change leadership and leader standard work deployment Hoshin process deploymentWork design and creation of advanced manufacturing systems using lean concepts to enhance quality and flow Six Sigma deploymentBusiness travel will be required
