We’re hiring a Director of Operations - Industrial Supplies and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Operations Manager - Industrial Supplies will play a critical role in managing and analyzing stock levels, vendor performance, and inventory processes. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess and practical business insights to ensure optimal stock levels that support our company's operational and financial goals.

Primary Responsibilities Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and address overstock and understock situations. Develop inventory tracking systems and improve existing processes to ensure accurate and real-time inventory reports. Collaborate with the supply chain, procurement, and sales departments to optimize inventory levels based on sales forecasts and procurement schedules. Utilize statistical software to develop models for inventory forecasting and risk assessment. Generate routine and ad hoc reports on inventory status, adjustments, and discrepancies for management review. Support the implementation of new inventory management technologies and system upgrades. Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy and turnover rates. Participate in the annual physical inventory counts and reconcile differences between physical counts and system records. Why EquipmentShare?

Proven analytical experience, preferably in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics. Excellent skills in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
