Diverse management experience/knowledge (Required)
Ambulatory healthcare administration, managed-care, change management or other relevant experience (Required)
Responsibilities
Supervises Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices.
Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety and security.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$101,504.00-$188,510.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
