**Description:** Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam is seeking a passionate, people-focused, and results-driven Director of Operations to lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations and bring the Hyatt purpose of care to life through exceptional guest and colleague experiences. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, the Director of Operations will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services, ensuring seamless operations, elevated service standards, and memorable experiences that reflect the Hyatt Regency brand promise.
