**Description:** You will be responsible to oversee Hotel operations, ensuring consistency with Hyatt brand standards, guest satisfaction, and financial objectives in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to support cross-functional collaboration and alignment across departments to achieve hotel-wide goals & to ensure that the hotel operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel. **Qualifications:** Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B / Rooms in large property.
