You will be responsible to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel and the implementation of Hyatt Purpose, Values and goals throughout the hotel, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to support the General Manager in successfully operating managing the hotel in line with the brand standards, maintaining owner relationships and Hyatt's corporate and functional strategies.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of FB in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
